Taking a closer look at the natural World

Order Odonata is divided into sub order Anisoptera (Dragonflies) and Zygoptera (Damsel flies). Both are predatory insects, and hawk their prey on the wing. All the below pictures were taken with Canon EOS 300D and 100mm f2.8 macro and fill in flash unless otherwise stated:
